Lately, my Guestbook page has been weirdly active…
Not with thoughtful notes or cool messages — but with mystery comments that make me go:
"…Wait, what are you even trying to say?" 😶🌫️
🖋 Context:
This is my personal blog, and sometimes I post logs of my coding projects.
I’ve gotten back into coding (thanks to AI making it waaay easier), but that’s about it.
So what are these people/bots even after?
🕵️♂️ My Best Guesses:
- 📉 I’m not ranking on Google (at all)
- 📄 This blog isn’t SEO-optimized content
- 🌀 It’s basically a chaotic brain dump
- 🌐 My domain name is nice… but that’s super subjective
- 🤖 Probably just bots misreading keywords in my posts
😩 The Annoying Part:
I don’t know how to stop it without manually sifting through each message.
I could code a proper comment section for my Bear Blog…
But I feel like it would ruin the cozy, minimalist vibe.
