Why does it seem like all these "aliens are real" narratives only happen in the US? Maybe Brazil too.
And what's with the dissonance between the messages that NASA tells the public versus the shambles that is American politics?
It's all over my Reddit feed, and I just can't seem to figure out why.
Maybe our country is just too small for such activities. Maybe the corruption here is far worse than we think—that the bribes make all potential occurrences just disappear into thin air.

I think my wife and I just witnessed a UAP/UFO.
The full moon was beautiful that night. We saw it from the horizon on our way home, so we stayed out a bit longer, gazing at the stars.
That's when we noticed it.
One bright star from the north sky—moving east.
No streaks. No tails. Just movement.
It was accompanied by two other much fainter objects that still looked like stars from our point of view. We noticed the brightest one first, then the fainter one seemingly following it, and another one seemingly in front of it.
We stood there watching until they disappeared.
After that, we've constantly been on the lookout for something.
I'm even suspicious now of that strangely very friendly puppy that seemed to have popped out of nowhere by our gate, insisting to go inside our house.
A lot has happened in the microcosm that's our home.
