A Taurus, an AI and a free month of LinkedIn premium met at bar
I got to take major leaps toward who I want to become in the last week of my six-year job.
It's as if the path has been laid out for me. I guess it feels kind of like when I lost my job back in 2020 because of the pandemic.
As a non-horoscope-subscribing Taurus, I feel like a true one today.
I'm happy and still on stable, comfortable days, but focused and headstrong when there's a red cape in sight.
There's no room for doubt this time. Only plans.
Ironically, the path feels more paved because of AI, even though, in the grand scheme of things, AI is the reason I lost my job.
Maybe AI has blended into our lives a little too well. Why else would I get all these advantages the moment I lost my job? It's as if it's telling me, "Here are all the tools you need. Make your move."
Like, why did I suddenly get a free month of LinkedIn Premium? And every other tool I might need? Alignment, maybe? Or is the internet dead, and it's just you and the AI having an exchange?
But alas, it's all for naught until I make a breakthrough.
